**SPORTS**

The boys soccer team played a Saturday match away at Flagler Palm Coast High School. JV picked up a 1-1 draw, on a free kick goal from Frazer Cross. The Varsity team posted another shutout victory. Senior Nate Thompson got one to fall and the Crabs took a 1-0 lead into halftime. In the second half, Thompson won a penalty kick only to have the FPC goalkeeper make a save.  Thompson would not be denied however, and minutes later outjumped the keeper on a set piece and scored a header.  Junior Kris Hogan helped the boys to keep the pressure on and when junior Chris Kelley worked his way up the right flank and beat his defender, he calmly played a central pass to the attacking Thompson who slotted home his third goal. Seniors Connor Rioux, Ben Hartsell, Carver Galloway, and Will Crotty combined with junior Tanner Barnwell, Sophomores Chase Doucette and Andres Torres to lock things down defensively. Junior Eli Juezan and Senior Dillon Vollinger added attacking support in the middle. Senior Goalkeeper Cameron Bowling posted another clean sheet. The Varsity team is 9-0 and has important district games against Leesburg tonight at HOME and Taylor Thursday at Taylor. Go Breeze!
