Beginning February 4th, students can check out a school laptop @ lunch or in the morning from 8-8:30 am in the media center. To receive student laptop:

* Print form and fill out/ Parent signature required along with parent driver’s license. Have your child bring to the media center with them to receive their laptop.

If students choose NOT to accept a school laptop, please sign the Opt-Out form below and return to the media center.
