SENIOR CAP, GOWN, TASSEL “keeper” PACKAGE $65
(package includes: cap/gown/tassel, diploma, mini wallet diploma, diploma cover, dues, & tax)
The DEADLINE to order a Cap/Gown package is December 31, 2019! Orders must be received to Herff Jones, Inc, on or before December 31, 2019 to avoid paying a late fee.
Herff Jones representatives will return to campus one final time, Tuesday, November 19th from 5 – 7 pm to take graduation materials, & Cap & Gown orders, in the cafeteria (bldg. 13). A minimum deposit may be required – cash, check, money order and credit/debit cards accepted. There is a deadline for ordering these materials so don’t delay! Cap/Gown orders received after December 31, 2019, will cost $85 through graduation day.

Senior Parent - Financial Aid
This year’s Annual Financial Aid Night & Senior Parent Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 19. The agenda for the evening is: Herff Jones representatives will be accepting final cap/gown orders from 5 – 7 pm, senior parent meeting from 5:30 – 6pm and Financial Aid presentations 6 – 7 pm. Light Refreshments will be served courtesy of Student Government. Make plans now to attend.

Apr 18 JR/SR PROM: Daytona 500 Club, Daytona International Speedway ? 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm. $40 ticket. Formal attire required. Seniors may invite a non-SHS student to the prom. Prom guest permission forms (for a non-SHS student) can be picked up from Student Resources (NOTE: No admittance to Prom beyond 10 pm)
Apr 25 GRAD BASH 2020: $120. Parent permission & notarized activity/medical waiver form required. Arrive by 4:00 pm, dressed appropriately. Meet in the auditorium. Departing SHS for Universal Orlando @ 4:30 pm. Approximate time of return - 3:45 am. (Bring spending $$).
MAY 19 SENIOR AWARDS & SCHOLARSHIP NIGHT: Seabreeze Auditorium 6:00 PM. Seniors receiving an award and/or scholarship(s) will be notified by special invitation. Invitations in the mail May 5th. Senior recipients are to arrive by 5:00 pm, *wearing cap & gown. Report to the cafeteria to check in.
MAY 20 DISTINGUISHED HONORS BANQUET: Daytona Shores Resort & Spa 6:00 PM. Invitations mailed Apr 30th to Honor Graduates, who at end of the 1st semester, have a min. cumulative weighted 3.5 G.P.A. & above. RSVP & payment due on or before May 15TH to Mrs. Oberst 258-4674 ext. 54614. Dress: Semi-formal banquet attire.
MAY 21 BACCALAUREATE: “To Be Determined” 6:00 PM – A PTSA sponsored service. Seniors are to arrive by 5:15 pm *wearing cap & gown.
MAY 27 Mandatory GRADUATION REHEARSAL: Report to the Ocean Center no later than 7:30 AM. Be prompt! Arrive dressed in the same manner as if attending school. Seniors who do not attend rehearsal cannot participate in the graduation ceremony. Conflict? Contact: Mrs. LaGrotta, Assistant Principal, 258-4674 ext. 54620.
MAY 29 GRADUATION CEREMONY: Daytona Beach Ocean Center ? 7:30 PM. The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Seniors are to report to the Ocean Center no later than 6:15 pm *wearing caps & gowns. Admission $_ per person - Parking $_ per vehicle. Tickets will be presold at Seabreeze-Main Office starting May 13-May 28. It’s recommended you purchase tickets in advance & they must be picked up in the main office within 48 hours of purchase. Tickets also available at the venue. There is no limit to the number of graduation tickets you may purchase.

Parking Passes are $ per vehicle. Graduation tickets are $ per person (excludes graduates). Tickets will be available to purchase beginning on May from the main office at Seabreeze High School. There is no limit on the number of tickets. Tickets sold between classes, lunch, break, and after school.
- Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse:
- One clear bag no larger than 12"x6"x12" or a one-gallon clear Ziploc, or similar, bag
- One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5"x6.5", with or without a strap.
- Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.
- Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely (preferably over the shoulder to be screened more quickly) or in an approved clear bag.
- Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
The Daytona Beach Police Department is requesting that those attending and participating in the graduation ceremonies at the Ocean Center use the Main Street Bridge to avoid additional delays.
