Evacuation Location

Attention Parents/Guardians:

In the event that Seabreeze High School has to evacuate due to an emergency situation please be advised that your students will be relocated to either Mainland High School, 1255 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, Fl. And secondly, Osceola Elementary School, 100 Osceola Ave., Ormond Beach, Fl. These sites are both in close proximity and capable of meeting the physical needs of our medically fragile and regular students.

When/If students are relocated to an off-campus evacuation site, Mr. Rawlings or his designee, will contact parents/guardians and inform you of the students’ location. It is very important that your emergency contact information (home address, home/work/cellular telephone numbers, names of others with pick-up authority) for your child is updated with the school whenever there is a change.

When/If you are contacted to pick your student up at an alternative site, individuals picking up students will be asked to present valid picture identification and may be asked to sign students out to ensure safety and accountability.

During evacuation, Mr. Rawlings or his designee, will be located in the parking lot immediately behind Ruby Tuesday’s in Bellair Plaza as a source of media contact.
