Below you will find the annual Virtual Instruction Provider enrollment letter. Florida legislation requires that all Volusia County students be provided with the information regarding virtual education opportunities.

All Seniors - you are required to email our Registrar Ms. Comitale-Dahms as soon as possible to tell her what college to send your final transcript to – You will not be able to register for college if this is not done!!
Send the email to - [email protected] and put in the subject line - “Final Transcript Delivery” and include in the email your full name, Alpha code and date of birth as well as the NAME & ADDRESS of the college you will be attending. (*Make sure you include the correct address for the records dept of the college so there is no delay recording it at the college location). Deadline is Monday June 1, 2020.
Former students who graduated or withdrew prior to 2016, please contact the Archives & Records Department, at 386 734-7190, Ext. 20430. Former student’s may also visit the Volusia County School’s website at http://myvolusiaschools.org/recordsmanagement/Pages/Transcripts.aspx

- Immunization information
- Academic History
- Diploma Type
- Total Credits
- Class/State Rank
- Test Scores
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REQUESTS REQUIRE TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS
The withdrawal process starts in Guidance where the parent/guardian of the student will need to come in and have with them:
- Driver’s license (photo copy needed)
- Text books or media books (to be returned to the media center or bookroom)
- Withdrawals need to be done in person through Guidance due to proper verification and documentation.
