Meet the Athletic Trainers and train with the best

Coach Brian Eschen
Email: [email protected] got certified as an athletic trainer (ATC) in 2005 . He also was certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) in 2005. Head Athletic Trainer – Seabreeze started January 2008, he covers all sports, collects and files physicals, develops rehabilitative programs for athletes, and treats injuries. Eschen teaches classes in the Allied Health Program at Seabreeze. Before coming to Seabreeze Eschen was at Auburn University working toward a Doctorate of Bio mechanics. Eschen helped build the Neurasthenics lab and work on research projects. Eschen was also the Head Athletic Trainer at a local high school (Beauregard HS). Eschen left the program before finishing his degree to take the position here. Previous he was a Graduate Assistant for Columbus State University, a DII school in Georgia. Eschen graduated in 2007 with his Master of Education in Health and Physical Education. Eschen completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2005.

Coach Meghan Bainbridge
Email: [email protected] Bainbridge graduated from Seabreeze way back in 2010. While at Seabreeze she was a member of the basketball, weightlifting, swim, and softball teams. She was also a student Athletic Trainer for two years. After Seabreeze, Ms. Bainbridge attended Daytona State where she received her AA. While at Daytona State, she was a member of the softball team and was a student Athletic Trainer for a year. She then transferred to the University of South Florida to study Biology. While at USF Ms. Bainbridge was an active member of the Club swim team for three years. In May of 2015 graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Biology, with a focus of Integrative Animal Biology. She has been the assistant Athletic Trainer since March of 2015. She co-teaches LA Math, Geometry, Math for College Readiness, and Algebra 1B.
